We made it home! Traveling with an almost 2 year old is a new experience and next time hopefully we're all a little more prepared, but we made it home. In fact, here's a picture of Benjamin in his own bed... he's awake now, but doesn't he look peaceful asleep?
I'll be posting a lot more pictures in the next few days, but I thought I'd get this posted first... Happy New Year! It's great to be back in the U.S. and now we get to figure out how this will all work in the "real world."

I am so excited for the two of you! Tracy sent me the link to your blog and have been sitting here reading it and crying :D. I am such a dork. Ben just looks like such a doll. I just want to hug him! LOL! I know there will be a lot of adjusting for all of you, but it is wonderful that he will now be part of such a loving family. Lots of love and take care!

just got back last night from two weeks of travel, nothing as exciting as yours of course! i've been dying to get onto the site to see how things are going, and i got chills reading through the play-by-play of your progress. you are PARENTS, can you believe it? ben is so freaking adorable i can't stand it. we can't wait to meet him when he's ready. still have chills. seriously.
